This is the beautiful reality we are building at the Bengali Association of Gothenburg (BAG). We exist to give the next generation the absolute best of both worlds—where vibrant Bengali culture and rich heritage blend seamlessly with Swedish lagomnessand equality.

But this bridge we are building is not just for us.

However, this open bridge is fragile. As a dedicated non-profit organization, BAG operates entirely without a steady source of income. Behind the vibrant festivals and the platforms we create for cross-cultural exchange, there is a quiet, constant struggle with fixed overhead costs.
